White Balsamic Vinaigrette

 

A nice and refreshing salad dressing that is so simple to make. A simple salad of arugula , Parmesan cheese and white balsamic vinaigrette will add a touch of style and freshness for a quick salad to add to any dinner.

 

Making this salad an entreeĀ  is pretty simple. You can do this easily by adding some smoked salmon and garnishing with some minced red onions and some capers.

 

 

1/4 Cup White balsamic vinegar
1/4 Cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
2/3 Cup olive oil

1. Place the white balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, white pepper and lemon juice into a bowl and whisk.

2. Continue to whisk add the olive oil in a steady stream until it is all incorporated.

3. Place in an air tight, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. You may need to shake the dressing just before use to re-incorporate the ingredients again.
